Refund Policy

The intent of this refund policy is to clarify policies about how Worldly Wisdom Ventures LLC handles refund requests from customers.

For training materials purchased directly from Worldly Wisdom Ventures LLC:

Worldly Wisdom Ventures LLC stands behind its training programs, and offers a full refund if you don’t believe the program was right for you, provided the refund request is made within 90 days of the purchase date.

The easiest way to do this is to email a copy of your receipt.

Once the purchase is verified, a refund will be issued to your credit card on file. US refunds usually clear in 3-5 business days, pending reconcilliation between banks. Please allow 7-14 business days for international refunds to clear.

For services and subscriptions provided by Worldly Wisdom Ventures LLC:

Refund requests for Subscriptions or Services are considered by Worldly Wisdom Ventures LLC on a case-by-case basis, and granted in the sole discretion of Worldly Wisdom Ventures LLC. In all cases, documented use of the Subscription or Service in question is grounds to decline a refund request.

For books and other items purchased via third-party retailers like Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, et cetera:

If you would like to return a book or item purchased via a local or internet retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

Worldly Wisdom Ventures LLC is not responsible for processing refunds for purchases made via third-party retailers.
